From your Nurio dashboard, click "Posts" in the sidebar navigation and select the "Create Post" button in the top right corner. You will land on the interactive Post Creation studio.
- You can also press Shift + P from anywhere in the dashboard for a fast shortcut.
Enter Topic Idea, Seed Keywords & Audience Profile
Provide the high-level topic or title idea. In the Keywords field, add 2 to 4 comma-separated search terms that your target customers use on Google. Specify your target audience (e.g. "SaaS Founders", "Software Engineers", "Marketing Leaders") and select the tone of voice.
Generate & Refine the Article Outline
Click "Generate Outline". The AI will generate a structured table of contents with an introduction, 4–5 core section headings (H2s), and a conclusion. You can add, edit, reorder, or delete sections to match your exact narrative before writing begins.
- Ensure each section tackles a distinct question or tactical takeaway.
- Include numbers or actionable verbs in section titles for higher reader engagement.
Generate Full Article with Real-Time Web Grounding
Click "Generate Post". Nurio executes live Google Search queries to research real-world facts, current tool updates, release dates, and concrete examples in 2026. Within seconds, a complete 1,200–1,800 word article is formatted with headings, bullet points, callout blocks, and organic internal links.
Review in the Tiptap Editor & Use Inline AI Rewriting
Your article opens in the Tiptap rich-text editor. Highlight any paragraph or sentence to open the AI Floating Assistant. You can choose "Make Shorter", "Improve Flow", "Change Tone", or type a custom instruction like "Add a real-world code example here".
- Use the keyboard shortcut Cmd+B / Ctrl+B for bolding, and Cmd+K to insert hyperlinks.
- You can insert inline images or code blocks directly using the editor toolbar.
Optimize SEO Score, Slug, and Meta Description
Check the SEO Panel on the right. Verify that your primary keyword appears in the title, first 100 words, and meta description. Edit your clean URL slug (e.g. /blog/mastering-microservices-2026) and confirm the SEO score is 85 or above.
Select Cover Image Mode (AI vs. Manual Upload)
In the right sidebar under "Featured Cover Image", you can let Nurio generate a contextual branded illustration with one click, or upload your own custom high-resolution cover image.
- Recommended aspect ratio for blog cover images is 16:9 (1200x675px) for optimal social link sharing.
Publish Immediately or Schedule for Later
When ready, click "Publish" to push the article live to your connected blog. If you prefer to release it at a specific time, click the dropdown arrow next to Publish, select "Schedule", and choose your preferred date and time.
- If you have LinkedIn Distribution enabled, publishing will also prepare your companion social update!
