Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By creating an account or using Nurio (operated by Renbo Studios), you agree to these Terms. If you are using Nurio on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.
2. The service
Nurio provides AI-powered content generation and blog delivery infrastructure. We generate articles using AI models on your behalf, cache and serve them via a reverse proxy at your chosen subdirectory, and provide an analytics dashboard for your blog traffic. The service is provided "as is" and features may change over time.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old to use Nurio.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of someone else without their consent.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Nurio to:
- Generate or publish spam, misleading content, or content that violates applicable law.
- Infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload our infrastructure.
- Publish content that is defamatory, obscene, or promotes violence or discrimination.
- Resell or sublicense access to Nurio without our written permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the content published through Nurio. By using our service, you grant Nurio a limited licence to store, cache, and serve that content on your behalf. We do not claim ownership of your posts, brand assets, or analytics data.
6. AI-generated content
Content generated by Nurio's AI is produced for your review and approval. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and publishing AI-generated content. Nurio makes no guarantees about the accuracy, originality, or legal compliance of AI-generated content. You should not publish content you have not reviewed.
7. Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. If you downgrade or cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. Trial periods, where offered, automatically convert to a paid plan unless cancelled before the trial ends.
8. Uptime and availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party infrastructure, force majeure, or planned maintenance. We will provide reasonable notice of planned outages where possible.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Renbo Studios and Nurio are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including lost revenue, lost data, or loss of business — arising from your use of the service. Our total liability in any 12-month period is capped at the fees you paid us in that period.
10. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Renbo Studios is registered. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
