1. Who we are
Nurio is a product built and operated by Renbo Studios. When we say "Nurio", "we", "us", or "our" in this policy, we mean Renbo Studios. You can reach us at hello@renbostudios.com.
2. What we collect
We collect information you provide directly and information generated as you use Nurio:
- Account data — name, email address, and (if applicable) OAuth provider identity from GitHub or Google.
- Workspace data — your website URL, brand colors, fonts, and content you generate through the platform.
- Usage data — pages visited, features used, and actions taken inside the dashboard.
- Blog analytics — anonymised visitor sessions on your published blog posts (scroll depth, time on page, traffic source). This data belongs to you.
- Payment data — processed by Stripe. We never store card numbers.
3. How we use it
- To operate and improve Nurio.
- To generate AI content on your behalf using the context you provide.
- To send transactional emails (post published, invite accepted, etc.).
- To detect and prevent abuse or fraud.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your content to train AI models.
4. Third-party services
We use the following sub-processors:
- Neon / Vercel Postgres — database hosting.
- Vercel — infrastructure and edge delivery.
- Anthropic / OpenAI — AI content generation (your prompts and site context are sent to generate content).
- Stripe — payment processing.
- GitHub / Google — OAuth sign-in (optional).
5. Cookies
We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Blog visitor analytics are collected server-side and do not require cookies on your readers' browsers.
6. Data retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your workspace data (posts, sessions, analytics) is permanently deleted within 30 days. Billing records are retained for 7 years as required by law.
7. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@renbostudios.com. We will respond within 30 days.
8. Security
Passwords are hashed using scrypt. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We perform regular security reviews.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy occasionally. We will notify you by email or in-app notice before material changes take effect.
